主旨:公告本校109學年度第2學期課程棄選事宜,請查照。

 

一、依據「南華大學學生修習學分棄選要點」第二條規定:「學生每學期於校訂時間辦理加退選後,若因個人身心之特殊狀況或家庭發生變故,致使不能專注於課業時,得依本要點申請辦理棄選。學生非為上述原因申請棄選者,以一科為限」。
 

二、本校課程棄選期間為110年5月3日(週一)起至5月7日(週五)止,請欲申辦之同學逕行上網至本處網站下載「棄選課程申請表」或至本處領取,經授課教師簽章後,送課務組登錄,再至出納組繳交更改作業費(每一科目50元)後,送回課務組辦理棄選。    
 

三、本學期棄選申請表(如附件)請於110年5月7日(週五)下午4:30前送至教務處彙辦(進學班學生得於截止日晚上9:00前),逾期不予受理,請欲申辦之同學留意申請期限。 


四、申請棄選之學生,每學期棄選後修讀總學分仍不得低於最低應修學分數;經核准辦理棄選之學生,同一學期不得再以任何理由申請加選;棄選科目將於學生中、英文成績單上留下棄選記錄。       

 

五、申請安心就學學生,依據「南華大學因應嚴重特殊傳染肺炎疫情學生安心就學措施」規定,可於學校公告之棄選期程內辦理課程棄選且不受棄選2科之限制,棄選課程不計入當學期成績。     
 

六、棄選之科目不退學分費,未繳交學雜費(含學分費)者,仍應依規定補繳後始得辦理。

Course Withdrawal Announcement 

Subject: Regulations, application procedures and period of course withdrawal for 109-2 semester

 

Statement:

  1. According to Article 2 of the “Nanhua University Student Course Rules Handbook”, “Student who are unable to focus on coursework due to extenuating circumstances of an individual’s physical/mental/family circumstances may apply for withdrawal in accordance with the university rules and regulations. Students who apply for withdrawal for reasons not stated above are limited to one subject withdrawal."
  2. Application period: May 3, 2021 (Monday) - May 7, 2021 (Friday). Please download the “Course Withdrawal Form” or obtain a copy from the Office of Academic Affairs. Application procedure: complete the application formàcourse instructor’s signature àapproval by the Registration and Curriculum Division of the Office of Academic Affairs à pay fee (NT$ 50) per subject at Cashier Division of the Office of General Affairs àreturn the form to the Registration and Curriculum Division and complete the procedure.
  3. Please submit the Course Withdrawal Form before 4:30 pm on May 7, 2021 to the Office of Academic Affairs (The submission deadline for students enrolled in Bachelor Programs is 9:00 pm). Please keep in mind the deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted.
  4. The total semester credits of students who are applying for withdrawal must still meet the minimum requirements. Students who have been approved for course withdrawal may not apply for additional courses for any reason during the same semester. Withdrawal of the subject(s) will leave a permanent withdrawal “W” record on the student's Chinese and English transcripts.
  5. Measures have been put in place in response to the COVID-19 pandemic to ensure students can continue their studies. According to the regulations governing the “Measures in response to the COVID-19 pandemic” policy, students that are affected by the pandemic can apply for course withdrawal during the withdrawal period and are not limited to the withdrawal maximum of two courses. The withdrawn course will not appear in your transcript.
  6. The courses selected for withdrawal will not be refunded. Students must pay all tuition fees before withdrawing from any courses.
